THANKSGIVING OUTREACH EDITION
Eleanor U. Kennedy Shelter — November 27, 2025
A Thanksgiving to Remember
This Thanksgiving, something extraordinary happened. Hold The Line Global Inc. stepped outside of our routine and into our calling to stand for our community, uplift the vulnerable, and reflect the heart of Christ through action.
On November 27, 2025, our men mobilized to bless the Eleanor U. Kennedy Shelter for the Homeless in Alexandria, Virginia. What unfolded was more than an outreach. It was a day of compassion, unity, leadership, and genuine impact.
Serving with Purpose
Thanksgiving is a holiday centered on gratitude. But gratitude becomes most powerful when shared.
HTLG stepped in with one clear mission:
No one in our city should spend Thanksgiving feeling forgotten. We gathered as men, brothers, leaders, and servants ready to demonstrate love through generosity. For many residents, this meant more than anything we could have handed them.
The Impact on the Community
Our presence brought warmth into a difficult season. We witnessed: Smiles from individuals who had come in with heavy hearts. Relief from shelter staff who felt supported and strengthened. A sense of family was created among people who thought they’d spend the holiday alone.
One resident said:
“Today feels like someone remembered me.” That is impact.
Leadership.
The outreach also sharpened us as leaders.
Strengthened Brotherhood.
Serving side by side created unity deeper than words.
Renewed Compassion.
Men were reminded of the power of empathy in leadership.
Servant Leadership in Action
This outreach became a living lesson: Leadership is service. Service is strength.
A Call to More
The men left inspired, humbled, and energized to keep showing up for the needs around us.
Why This Outreach Matters to HTLG.
Hold The Line is built on a simple truth:
Men don’t wait for change — they become the change.
Our mission is not just to gather.
It's to lead.
To protect.
To serve.
To uphold the standard of Christ wherever we go.
Thanksgiving outreach made this mission visible.
It reminded us that:
We lead with our hands as much as our voices. Our strength is for lifting others and Our brotherhood is a blessing meant to be shared
